A collaborative book of Acrylic paintings by Cynthia Dufff and Poetry by Tricia Moon-Beem. Prairie Meditations brings out the romance and allure of the prairie through word and the painted landscaped.

Tricia has been writing since childhood, inspired by family, friends and nature. The heart of her poetry is her love of life, her passion for people, and her deep connection with the place she calls home…the Nebraska prairies. Her lyrical descriptive poetry captures the emotional and spiritual essence of the ordinary moments that fill our lives. Tricia and her family reside in Central Nebraska.

Cynthia has painted the landscape and wildlife around Nebraska for years. There is subtle beauty in the setting sky, river valley and the sand hills that breathes a beautiful rhythm of meditation which is captured on canvas. She has received several “Best of Show” awards, is signature member of ANAC and has been published in the book Legends of the Cranes, Nebraska Life Magazine, Artist Magazine, Watercolor Magic, and PBS series Outdoor Life. Her work resides in many public and private collections.
