Cynthia is most known for her birchwood technique. She invented this process following a welded, metal sculpture exhibition. It involves bending pieces of birch wood after applying acrylic paint, revealing the rich, wood grain below. Gold leaf is applied to embellish her creations, varnish and special paints added for durability.
